For August we're screening a truly perfect film: The Mummy! I've chosen this one especially because it's my birthday weekend, and I absolutely love it!
It's got it all: spitting camels, ancient curses, witty banter, and enough swashbuckling action to fill Hamunaptra. Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz lead us on an unforgettable ride through Egyptian tombs and supernatural mayhem, with lots of laughs along the way.
After we've survived the curses of Imhotep (and probably quoted half the movie), we'll keep the good times rolling by heading inside for some board games or poker.

As our season of monthly backyard movie nights draws to a close, we're going out with a bang - and a whole lot of glitter! Join us for the grand finale double feature as we screen the cult classics Hellraiser and Rocky Horror Picture Show under the stars.
Prepare for a rollercoaster of pain and pleasure with the enigmatic Cenobites and Transylvanians. While we may indulge in a game or two of cornhole, rest assured, no puzzle boxes will be toyed with at this gathering. Expect an evening filled with fabulous costumes, outrageous antics, and plenty of callbacks.
So don your best fishnets, leathers, or gold panties, and get ready to do the Time Warp again! It's going to be a night of unforgettable frights and frivolity as we bid farewell to another season of backyard movie magic.
